Planet Windsurfing
Located directly in front of Hotel Oasis, this center is run by Bart de Zwart and his wife Dagmar.
They offer Mistral and JP (Jason Polakow) boards with Gaastra sails in an atmosphere dedicated to
customer satisfaction. This windsurf center has an international flavor with top-notch instructors.
Their lesson program offers:
- Private lessons - $40 per hour
- Private lessons with equipment - $47 per hour
- Beginner – 10 hours (min. 2 persons) - $150

Club Mistral
Our Windsurfing centre in El Yaque is right on the palm-fringed beach of the El Yaque Paradise hotel.
The spot is over 1 km long. The geographically advantageous location of Isla Margarita and an
airstream created between this island and the neighbouring isle explain the reliability and
strength of the wind. Add the thermal conditions to the picture and you know why all the
windsurfers you meet in El Yaque have a big grin on their faces and why Club Mistral El
yaque is happy to welcome many regular guests every year.
A 300m-long shallow area offers windsurfing beginners and intermediates optimum conditions.
An ideal spot for safely practising beach and water starts and gybing. All advanced windsurfers
and freestyle acrobats will certainly have their fun here and will have the best freestyle equipment
available to them.
